Ideas to Help Create the Most effective Results

Marketing via email lists ranks right up there as one of the most favorite methods of income generation. Internet marketers have used it time and again and to get targeted traffic to their website. We want to share a few strategies you can put into your email list marketing, right away, and hopefully your conversions will reflect the changes.
For your own benefit, you can use these tips to really optimize the response you get from your list. I followed the training in these articles and sometimes I would send traffic to a site such as liability insurance cost, which do not necessarily have optin forms on them. However, the results have always been great. Follow the guidelines too and get similar or better results.
Don’t overlook the subject line of your email, for this is critical. This factor alone prevents many email marketing campaigns from succeeding. This is the place where your reader decides whether to read your email or delete it forever. Just as someone who sees a sales letter will only read on if the headline captures their interest, a person getting an email has to find the subject line of interest. Usually people reading emails make a decision to read it or dump it in the first few seconds. What, then, is the secret to creating an effective subject line? There are a few different ways to make someone interested enough to read your email.
You can do this by using an element of shock, surprise, awe or anything that manages to get you a response. An easier tactic is to use your subject line to tell your readers the benefit you are offering them. This way, you are preselling your offer in the subject line so they have some idea of what you’ll be discussing. It takes skill and practice to be able to create good subject lines. You should do some testing of subject lines if you want to find out which work best. You can do this by dividing your subscribers in groups and sending a different mailing to each of them, and see what kind of response you get.
A lot of email marketers recommend going with the double optin subscription option just as a matter of protection from false accusations of spamming. It’s a good idea to do and doesn’t really hurt anything, but it’s also a form of self-protection for you as the marketer. Things happen, people forget they’re on your list, and sometimes there are accusations of spamming – but you can prove you’re not doing that. It’s illegal to spam, and you can get in a lot of trouble so it’s a smart thing to do. There are those marketers who feel it projects a stronger image of professionalism, and that may be true but it’s a subjective opinion. The steps to do this are really easy, and it takes about 5 seconds to do – so why not do it.
Email your list at the right day of the week. Your email open rate will reflect this effect. The feedback seems to be in favor of midweek, Wednesday or even Tuesday. On the weekends, ask yourself what you do – right, not a good idea. The other three days: Monday is not a good idea – people’s minds are mush on Monday; and Thursday/Friday – thinking about the fun on the weekend and not interested in your great email offers. So you want to email them when it’s the best day to get a favorable response.
If you’re not marketing via email, then you really should give it a try.
